About Me
Your dedicated AI consultant
AI Consultant & Strategist
I help UK small businesses understand, map and improve the way work actually gets done, then identify where AI will make a genuine difference.
My background is not in technology. It is in operations. I spent 25+ years inside procurement, supply chain, logistics, demand planning and FMCG manufacturing, working in environments where accuracy, stock visibility, supplier performance and execution matter every day. I know what it looks like when a process breaks down, when data is unreliable, and when a team is too busy firefighting to think about improvement.
From 2002 to 2016, I worked as Procurement and Operations Manager at MPACT Plastics, a high-volume FMCG manufacturer, where I personally mapped and redesigned workflows across procurement, stores, logistics and demand planning, improving stock turnover by 40% and achieving 99.8% OTIF through structured forecasting and supplier performance management.
From 2017 to 2025, I founded and scaled a D2C distribution business across Amazon, Shopify and Not On The High Street, holding full ownership of supply chain strategy, international sourcing, fulfilment, forecasting and operational performance.
Today, through aiBizAssist, I work with UK SME owners and their teams to bring that same operational rigour to AI adoption. Before I recommend any tool, I look at the workflow, the people, the data and the decisions that need to be made. Clarity before tools. Workflow first. AI second.
Where I Work
I am based in Buckinghamshire and work in person with businesses across Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Oxford, and Northampton. All services are also available remotely to businesses anywhere in the UK.
